Service Description
The Light Weaver Experience is a private, intention-led ritual blending mindful weaving, gentle Reiki energy, and quiet reflection. Thoughtfully created for individuals or groups, this experience offers space to slow down, soften, and create with presence. Each gathering begins with a brief grounding moment and intention setting, inviting you to arrive fully and settle into a calm, supportive container. You then move into the creative process of weaving your own intention-infused dreamcatcher using carefully curated, high-quality materials. A soothing herbal tea is included as part of the experience, allowing you to sip and settle as you weave, whether joining virtually or in person. Throughout the experience, subtle mindfulness cues and Reiki energy support presence, clarity, and connection. We close with a short, guided meditation to help integrate the intention and gently transition back into the day. You leave with a finished dreamcatcher for your home and rest, along with a sense of calm connection that extends beyond the gathering. No crafting experience is needed. Simply arrive as you are. Sessions are offered in-person at my private wellness space in Bend, Oregon (address provided after booking), at a location that’s comfortable for you, or virtually from anywhere in the world.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Experience Policies Each Light Weaver Experience is thoughtfully prepared and may include custom materials. These policies help ensure care and clarity for all participants. Scheduling and Payment A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure your experience date. Dates are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations made seven days or more before the scheduled experience may be rescheduled once, based on availability. Cancellations made within seven days of the experience are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Virtual Experiences For virtual experiences with kits shipped, experiences are non-refundable once kits have been shipped. If rescheduling is needed after kits have shipped, the experience may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Additional shipping fees may apply. In-Person Experiences For in-person experiences, requests to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances should be shared as soon as possible and will be handled with care, subject to availability. Group Bookings For group experiences, one point of contact is required for scheduling and communication. Final group size must be confirmed seven days prior to the experience. Pricing is based on confirmed attendance. Force Majeure In the event of severe weather, illness, or circumstances beyond control, experiences may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date. These policies are in place to honor the time, preparation, and energetic care that goes into each experience. Thank you for understanding and honoring this container.
