Why This Training & Who It's For
Level II is the next phase of your Reiki journey — after completing Level I, you’re invited to go deeper into the symbols, distance healing, intuitive practice, and support for others beyond self-healing.
This training is intentionally grounded, heart-centered, and inspired by the years I spent in Costa Rica exploring presence, healing, and energetic awareness.

This training is for you if you are ready to:

Expand your Reiki practice beyond the self-treatment learned in Level I

Use Reiki with clients, friends, family, animals, and at distance

Develop your intuitive channeling, deeper attunement, and trust in energy flow

Step into a more formal practitioner role (or consider offering paid sessions)

Support others while maintaining strong personal boundaries and self-care
Not required: Having a yoga background, formal healing credentials, or advanced metaphysical experience. Just openness, completion of Reiki Level I, and a desire to expand.

Reiki Symbols & Their Use
Understand the sacred symbols, how to draw and charge them, and how they deepen your connection to Reiki energy.
Ethics, Boundaries & Starting a Reiki Practice
Explore how to integrate Reiki into your life, define your role, set healthy boundaries, and optionally move toward offering sessions professionally.
Distance Healing
Learn how to send Reiki across space and time, safely and effectively.
Group Practice & Feedback
Hands-on sessions with peers, real-time feedback, and integration of intuitive insights.
Attunement / Initiation (Second Degree)
Receive your Level II attunement to open expanded energetic capacity and align with your next level of practice.
Self-care & Energetic Maintenance
Expand your self-healing toolkit, including advanced self-Reiki, intuitive inquiry, and energetic grounding practices.

About The Teacher
I’m Amy Mew, a Certified Usui Reiki Master attuned in the jungles of Costa Rica. My teaching style is grounded, intuitive, and heart-centered.
My Reiki journey began in a Costa Rican waterfall, where I received my first attunement immersed in living water and jungle energy. That moment of pure connection to Source continues to guide the way I share and teach Reiki today.

My intention is to offer Reiki in a way that feels accessible, supportive, and truly transformative for anyone who feels called to this path. I’m honored to guide you as you step into your own relationship with this beautiful practice.
