Join us at Tumalo Lavender for one last outdoor gathering of the summer.
We’ll begin with gentle somatic grounding to help you arrive in your body, followed by guided breathwork supported by Reiki. Surrounded by lavender and the open sky, you’ll be invited to slow down, release what you’re ready to let go of, and reconnect with yourself.
Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and renewed.
