10-Minute Reiki-Infused Meditation for Deep Relaxation & Energy Healing

Welcome, beautiful soul. In the hustle of daily life, stillness can feel elusive. But this moment is yours. For the next ten minutes, allow yourself to simply be. Whether you’re new to meditation or have a steady practice, this Reiki-infused journey is designed to help you reconnect, relax, and restore from within.



Preparation

Find a quiet, cozy space where you won’t be disturbed. Sit comfortably, or lie down if that feels best for your body. Gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose… and slowly exhale through your mouth. Let yourself arrive here. Now.


As you begin, I invite Reiki energy to flow—universal life force energy that supports healing, balance, and peace. Imagine a soft golden light surrounding you, like a warm blanket, here to guide and support your entire being.


1. Breathe and Release

Take three deep, conscious breaths.Inhale through your nose for a count of 4…Hold for 4…Exhale gently through your mouth for a count of 6…


With each breath, feel the weight of the day begin to lift.Let your shoulders drop. Let your jaw soften.Imagine tension dissolving—melting out of your body and into the earth below.


2. Scan and Soften

Bring your awareness to the crown of your head.Sense a gentle stream of Reiki energy entering here—pure, healing light.


As this energy flows downward, scan your body slowly:

  • Relax your forehead… your eyes…

  • Release your jaw…

  • Soften your shoulders… arms… hands…

  • Feel your chest rise and fall, effortless and free.

  • Let your belly soften…

  • Your hips unwind…

  • Legs, knees, calves…

  • And finally your feet… grounding into the earth.


With every exhale, surrender deeper. Trust that you are held, safe, and supported.


3. Visualize Serenity

Now, gently call forth a peaceful place in your mind’s eye.Maybe it’s a quiet beach with waves lapping at the shore…A sun-drenched meadow…Or a forest glowing with dappled light.

Feel yourself there now.Hear the soft sounds…Smell the air…Sense the light on your skin…

Let this place wrap around you like a gentle hug. Reiki energy amplifies this serenity, flowing through every cell of your body, rebalancing, renewing.


4. Affirm and Restore

As you breathe into this stillness, repeat the following affirmations, either silently or aloud:

  • I am calm.

  • I am safe.

  • I am held in light and love.

  • I am at peace.

Feel these words sink into your heart. Reiki energy anchors them into your energetic field, supporting you long after this meditation ends.


5. Gently Return

Take another deep breath in…Feel your fingers and toes begin to wake up, gently wiggling.Sense your body, soft and grounded.

When you’re ready, open your eyes. Bring your awareness back to the present moment—clear, calm, and connected.
