Reiki Sessions Now Available at Namaspa in Bend

I’m excited to share that I am now offering Reiki sessions at Namaspa in Bend!

Reiki is a gentle, restorative practice that works with universal life energy to support balance, stress relief, and healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

During a session, you’ll be invited to rest deeply while I guide energy through light touch or just above the body, allowing your system to release tension and move toward harmony.

Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, reconnect with yourself, or simply experience the benefits of deep relaxation, Reiki can provide a beautiful reset.
