Service Description
Many people are surprised by how quickly the body begins to soften once the nervous system feels supported. In the rhythm of everyday life, the nervous system can remain in a constant state of alert. Over time, this can impact sleep, digestion, energy, and our overall sense of well-being. The Somatic Reiki Experience is designed to gently guide the body out of that state of activation and into a more regulated, restorative rhythm. Through a blend of somatic awareness and Reiki, this session creates space for the body to release tension it has been holding and reconnect with its natural state of balance. As the nervous system begins to settle, the breath deepens, the mind quiets, and the body can begin to restore itself. “I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to my body.” Each session is a quiet pause. A space to slow down, listen inward, and receive. Session Details 45-Minute Somatic Reiki Reset - $95 60-Minute Somatic Reiki Experience -$120 75-Minute Somatic Reiki Experience -$145 Somatic Reiki Integration Series While a single session can bring relief and clarity, meaningful and lasting change is supported through consistency. The Somatic Reiki Integration Series is designed to support ongoing nervous system regulation, somatic release, and deeper integration over time. Each session builds gently upon the last, allowing the body to unwind patterns and settle more fully. Sessions are typically spaced two to three weeks apart, giving your system time to integrate between appointments. Series Options Three 45-Minute Sessions - $270 Three 60-Minute Sessions - $345 Three 75-Minute Sessions - $420 Sessions are offered in-person at my private wellness space in Bend, Oregon (address provided after booking), at a location that feels comfortable for you, or virtually from anywhere in the world. Please note: This work is a supportive, body-based Reiki experience designed to promote relaxation and well-being. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
Cancellation Policy
I honor your time, energy, and healing journey, and I ask the same in return. • Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable, as the time has been held just for you. • If you arrive late, your session will gently end at the scheduled time so the next client can be supported with the same care. Thank you for respecting the flow of this work and the space it creates for others.
