What Happens During a Session?

1. Arrival and Grounding
You begin by settling into a comfortable position, fully supported.
There is nothing you need to do.This is a space to slow down and land.
2. Gentle Awareness
You are softly guided to notice what is present in your body.
This might include areas of tension, openness, warmth, or stillness.
There is no need to change anything.Just noticing.
3. Somatic Flow
One of the unique aspects of Somatic Reiki is the way awareness gently moves through the body.
You may begin to notice:
areas that feel more activated or tense

Your awareness naturally shifts between these places.
This process supports the nervous system in releasing stored tension without overwhelm.
4. Reiki Energy Healing
As you rest, Reiki is applied through light touch or hands hovering over the body.

5. Integration
